Hello, I have a spacious spare bedroom looking to rent out in my 3 bed 2 bath with a washer and dryer available. We are located in between West Cobb Avenues and Marietta Square on Dallas Hwy, with KSU 10 miles away and Chatt Tech 8 miles away. We live in a very peaceful, safe, and quiet neighborhood.

About the roomies

Currently in my household it is me and my roommate in our early to mid 20’s and 2 big dogs. We enjoy gaming and Costco runs! We enjoy a peaceful and positive home environment and hope to share that with a new roommate. We dont drink or party, we’re pretty quite and kinda just mind our business.
