Our apartment is across the street from UC Berkeley campus on North Side, 1-minute walk to the new College of Computing building.

The apartment has an open kitchen, dining room, and living room, all fully furnished. We also have a sunny balcony.

Our apartment is located on the first floor of apartment complex, no long stairs or elevator wait in the way. Our apartment complex has a washer + dryer as well as an under-apartment car garage, both accessible by elevator.

Water is free, so you only need to pay ~$70 per month for electricity and internet.

I’m Jason, a Chinese American undergraduate student at UC Berkeley. I’m a very organized person, and keep the apartment very clean. I don’t host parties or anything loud at night, so the apartment is always quiet by midnight. My current roommates are moving out this summer.
