Hi! I’m renting out the second bedroom in my 2 bed / 2 bath apartment located in North Garland, right by Sachse, Campbell Rd and President George Bush Turnpike. The location is super convenient — less than 5 minutes from Firewheel Mall, Target, Walmart, Sam’s Club, restaurants, banks, gyms, coffee shops, and pretty much everything you may need.

The room includes: • Private bedroom
• Private bathroom
• Private closet
• Access to a fully furnished apartment (living room, TV, kitchen, cookware, washer/dryer, etc.)
The bedroom itself is unfurnished and does not include a bed.

The apartment complex is very quiet, safe, clean, and family-oriented with great amenities including: • Gym
• Resort-style pool
• Dog park
• BBQ/grill areas
• Common areas & lounge spaces
• Parking

I live here with my sweet 1-year-old dog, Kira 🐶 She’s friendly and well-behaved. I work during the day, and she is typically either with me or resting quietly at home.

I’m ideally looking for someone clean, respectful, responsible, and easygoing who enjoys a calm home environment. I personally don’t smoke or drink, and smoking is not allowed in the apartment or property. Occasional drinks are totally fine, and of course you’re welcome to enjoy your own free time — I just prefer keeping a peaceful environment at home.

Since the community is very family-oriented, parties are not allowed, but the complex does have BBQ areas and pool spaces where residents can hang out and enjoy time with friends.

Lease would be temporary through November. Female preferred.
