I’m looking for a someone to sublease the master bedroom in the 3 bedroom, 3 bath townhouse that I rent. The room has a private bathroom and will be available from June 1 to August 31. It will have a bed with storage, desk, and closet space (decor is current resident’s and will be removed). It is located off of Quaker St and is a short trip to both the National Lab of the Rockies and Colorado School of Mines. King Soopers, Southridge Park, and South Table are within walking distance.

There is one garage spot and two outside reserved spots for parking total. The house also just received a new AC system.

Electricity, water, garbage, and WiFi will be split evenly between residents, which totals $85 on average per person. The lower bathroom contains a washer and dryer.

The other residents are both male Mines graduates in their mid twenties, and we have a cat. One studied Geological Engineering and works in Denver as a Geotechnical Designer and the other studied Chemistry and is a middle school teacher at Everitt Middle School. Both are very good rock climbers who frequent Movement Gym and travel up Clear Creek for outdoor.
