This is a quiet, dead-end street with some helpful neighbors. We are a professional couple who live on the first floor of this duplex. We occasionally offer grocery runs to tenants to save time and money. We take pride in maintaining the property ourselves, since we live there also. All rent goes back into maintaining the duplex.

Floor 2, Room C. Room can be combined w/ other room we’ve listed. Room is 9’3“ x 9’ 10“ and a closet. 2nd room you get is ~10’ x 6’ with a wall of windows and is separated from the rest of the 2nd floor, making it completely private. There is a shared front porch which we are currently working on updating, as well as an outdoor patio we’ve just fixed up.

Whole floor was updated w/ more electrical, kitchen, and bathroom updated in 2024.

Free laundry with a new washing machine in the basement.

Shared kitchen and bathroom. Small garden in back. property is still being worked on, so more updates to come.

All rent goes back into maintaining the house.

Current tenant is quiet, smart, quite funny, grows violets competitively, and gardens. She’s great! We are a professional couple downstairs; I work from home most of the time and my partner is a mental health nurse.

We work extremely hard to provide a solid place for people to live, and hope to find people with consideration and communication in return. We require a background check and references, as we have learned the hard way this step is very important in the Albany area.
