Hello everyone!! I’m looking for two roommates to fill in a home in Stockbridge! (Roughly 30 mins to the middle of ATL depending on traffic). Move in date would be June 1st, though an earlier date might be possible. It would be a month to month lease, so you don’t have to worry about being locked in if some other opportunity comes up or anything like that! The house has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. You would be sharing a bathroom with one other. Also, the home is located right next to a park complete with a walking track. They tend to hold many community events there as well and the park itself is easily within walking distance! The neighborhood has a lot of families and kids in the area, so no house parties or anything, but get togethers are totally fine (just give other roommates a heads up)! Lastly, the house is LGBTQ+ friendly and 4/20 friendly-ish (If you do smoke, please do it outside). Vaping inside the house is fine!

Ideal roommate: Ideally someone who is working towards a goal or towards their dream job, or anything like that! It’s not required, but being around other motivated individuals is, well, motivating! Of course, someone who is responsible and clean, though it doesn’t have to be neat freak level, just don’t leave food out, don’t leave your dishes out for days, etc. As far as the rest, just be respectful and mindful of other roommates!

Pets - Most likely no cats, although there might be an exception. My cat has spent most of her life running from other cats and I’m trying to finally give her an environment where she’s not constantly afraid to come out or always looking over her shoulder. Dogs might be okay so long as they’re fine with cats and don’t constantly chase/bark at her. Regardless, there is no pet fee!

Note* Most of the furniture in the photos will be gone, though some will remain including the couch, kitchen tables and chairs, bookshelf, and some others. The bedrooms will be unfurnished. The trailer in the driveway will be gone as well, so no worries about parking spots.

Lastly, the landlord requires a $250 security deposit and of course first month’s rent.

I’m 35 and have a degree in theatre/film! I spent a lot of my time in and around the industry until I left to become a travelling performer. I’ve since stopped doing live shows on the road and am now slowly making my way to step back into the film industry! As far as living with me, I mostly keep to myself, though you might hear me going over monologues here and there from my room. My day job (server) sometimes has me getting home around 11:00pm (sometimes later), but I always try to be mindful of others when coming home later. I like anime, most outdoor activities, and enjoy topics on astronomy/astrophysics as well so if you ever wanna have a conversation about it, I’d usually be down! I also have a cat who will be turning 11 this year! She’s almost the definition of a scaredy cat so it might take her a little bit to warm up to you unless there’s food involved, then it might take 10 seconds for her to warm up to you.
