Nice clean room. Tile floor, 90’ t.v. already installed. Window. Bus stop access less than 5 minutes away. Freeway access less than 10 minutes away. 711 across the street, and many other stores near by. Spacious patio. Full kitchen access. Utilities will be $125. For assigned parking space it will be another $65, and that space is right in front of the apartment. Multiple parks located less than 10 minutes away. Less than 10 minutes from Bella Terra shopping mall.
About the roomies
34 yr old male, I work full time. Off on weekends. Have a 12 yr old and a 2 year old that come over from time to time. We spend most of the time outdoors so noise won’t be an issue. I do not do any types of drugs. 420 friendly to those who decide to rent the room, as long as it’s in the patio. Parents and older brother are literally my neighbors. Do not own any pets. Rather keep it that way.
