Looking for one person for a private room available in two bedroom apartment! Current roommate is moving out and willing to sell furniture, so can come furnished. Close to UH Manoa, Waikiki, and Ala Moana. Multiple bus lines nearby, grocery stores, restaurants and a park within walking distance. There are stairs to the front door. Lease is month-to-month. Coin operated washer/dryer downstairs. Reserved parking space, which we would share but as of now I don’t drive so would only very occassionally use.

Common area has plenty of storage, a nice kitchen with an oven/stove and microwave, and a balcony. Can come wth cookware/dishware. Looking for someone relatively clean, preferably near my age, queer-friendly and communicative. Open to more collaborative or individual living situations, could discuss. Overnight visitors welcome. NOT animal friendly, unfortunately.
