Private 10’ x 12’ bedroom, your own private bathroom, plus full access to the rest of the house (except my personal area). Simple, clean, and ideal for someone who values a minimalist, low‑overhead lifestyle.

What’s included: All utilities are included in the rent – no surprises. That means electricity, water, gas, internet, trash – everything. The rental amount is locked in for a full year once we agree on it. I do require a minimum stay of 6 months, but the rate won’t change for 12 months.

Shared living space: Full kitchen access. I do a lot of meal prep, so we’ll need to coordinate cooking times – just a little communication. We can arrange fridge and pantry space to suit your needs. I also keep house temperature set at 77 degrees, to be as energy efficient as possible.

What I value: A calm, healthy, respectful home. I work from home most days, stay active with home workouts, eat well, and rest well. I occasionally get called away for months at a time, but mostly I’m here. My three teenage daughters visit very rarely (just dinner on gymnastics night now and then), so the house stays quiet.
