About the room
Private room & bathroom + shared living area/kitchen/patio. Reserved outside parking spot & Community pool. $925 a month + split utilities (water, electrical, internet). In-unit washer and dryer. The house is very nice and clean and I have furnished the living area.
Walking distance from CGCC campus, good freeway access. Close to crossroads shopping center.
No smoking in the house or on the patio please.
I have Wifi and a brand new TV.
The neighborhood is very safe, which is something that was very important to me.
The room is on the smaller size, but the living area is large and there is extra storage space in the main area, linen closet, attic, and garage (I’m planning on adding storage shelves in the garage.)
About the roomies
Hi my name is Erin, I’m 23 and I am a marketing director in Scottsdale. I like reading, baking, playing bass guitar/keyboard, gardening on the patio, and D&D. I have a sweet cat named simon, and not looking for any other pets in the house unless its something small (fish, lizard, etc). I’m more than happy to have you over to see the space if you are interested! I’m clean and like to keep the house peaceful. My gf or sister stop by sometimes for dinner after work, but i don’t plan on having big groups over too frequently.
