New single family home build about 30 minutes south of smack downtown Raleigh and about 45-50 minutes from Fayetteville. The house is located in Serenity, a very nice neighborhood with suburban family lifestyle, three miles of walking trails, pool, gym, dog parks, and other community spaces. It is very well maintained and just an all around pleasant place to be. No wild neighbors, no project cars out front, and no overgrown lawns or crazy homesteading. The house itself comes with a two car garage (roommate would have the option for covered parking at no cost), dedicated office space, a medium sized backyard for hosting cookouts, an open concept kitchen with gas stovetop, and roommate would have their own room and bathroom (unless they bring a friend as a third roommate, then the bathroom would be shared).

About the roomies

Just me right now, I am a 28 year old single guy that works as an army officer. Not much into the party/bar scene anymore, currently in language school so I get home late and study mostly. I like to run, write, lift, fish, and fly airplanes. I am also Christian and take my faith seriously FYI
