About the room

Hi! I’m currently finishing my undergraduate at UC Davis, and I’ll be starting, hopefully, a graduate program next year (this coming academic year, I’ll be focusing on experience and prerequisites). So, I’ll probably be here for at least two years:).

The property is very quiet and relaxing–thankfully, I haven’t had any problems here. My current roommate is leaving, however, after he finishes his undergraduate, so I’ll be in need of a roommate:). Anyone is welcome:) My current roommate is male, and it’s worked out well, and as most people seem to be students, like me, I think at the end of the day, most probably want a peaceful environment where they can study:)

About the roomies

The apartment is two bedroom. I have one of the rooms, and you would have the other. The bathroom is shared. I’m pretty laid back and ultimately just want a peaceful place to study/work:)
