We have two spare rooms upstairs and spare bathroom we’re not currently using…. My father is 70 years old and because of his disabilities he’s unable to get upstairs and lives in the living room…. My husband and I share the master bedroom and master bath… I am a smoker and my husband vape We don’t smoke cannabis or drink but don’t mind if you do!! We are not clean freaks but also are not gross due to all the supplies and stuff to care for my father there is clutter!!! Willing to work with rent if someone is willing to help care for my father at times to give us a break!!! Kitchen is small we do have a garage and extra spare room If you need a little extra storage… driveway really only fits our vehicle but you can park on the street anytime… there is a pool you can use any time!!!
