There at two other roommates, Tim (32) and Jacob (25), they are clean and keep to themselves. They are both musicians (percussion) but we have designated playing and quiet times. Additionally, I have two of the sweetest cats that will be staying while I’m gone, they need to be fed twice daily and litter box cleaned weekly.
