About the room
Basement area. Mostly unfinished but comfortable. Has a queen bed and king bed couch love seat and tv. Use of internet, cable, multiple movie apps, laundry. Basement door does lock for privacy. We dont go down there unless to do laundry which is only on weekends. I dont smoke marijuana but not against it as long as its is done outside in the backyard.
About the roomies
Myself and my teenage son. Barely home. Looking for someone to assist in house cleaning (we are very tidy) and bills.
