Hi everyone! My name is Tracy and my current roommates are moving out at the end of our lease. I am looking for 2-3 people to fill a room in our 3 bed, 2 bath townhouse in Sorrento Valley. This home is within 10-15 minutes driving distance from a lot of biotech companies, the beach, and UCSD! We are also minutes away from the Los Penasquitos Canyon Reserve if you wanna hike!

The first room is the master bedroom and comes with 2 closets (a walk-in and a large closet with built-in dresser). There is a private bathroom with 2 sink counters, a spacious shower stall, and a private toilet room, along with built in cabinets for additional storage. There’s also a private balcony. The living room and dining room are already furnished as well, so you only have to bring furniture for the bedroom. The townhouse complex is renovated with modern appliances and hardwood floors. The exterior has beautiful landscaping and a pool. There is a 2-car attached garage and PLENTY of parking outside. The area is super quiet and safe!

Due to the size and overall total rent, the room is $1800. I recommend that a couple live here, just because the configuration makes it awkward to fit 2 beds inside. We have an in-unit washer/dryer and ample parking. It’s perfect for people who want to live within the biotech area or the university. This room is available starting June 1st since the roommate is moving out early before the lease ends.

The second room is a smaller bedroom that is best for 1 person. It can easily fit a twin-sized bed and a desk. It is priced for $1025. The bathroom will be shared. This room won’t be available until July 1st, when the new lease starts.

Unfortunately no pets are allowed 😢 We are responsible for all utilities. We have AT&T Fiber so there’s fast wi-fi 🛜. You will be signing the lease with me! It spans from 7/1/2026 - 6/30/2027.

I am in my late-20s working for UCSD. I am clean and respectful, but relatively easy-going. I lead a busy life but would love to hang out with whoever is here 😊I don’t mind guests but would appreciate a heads up! I don’t have a gender preference, but would love someone who is clean, communicative, responsible, and friendly. I’ve attached pictures of the common areas and the rooms you’ll be occupying.
