This is a two-bedroom, one full shared bath apartment. This is a smoke-free facility, so no candles, smoking, etc. But those who do smoke, smoke outside in designated areas or on their balcony. The total cost includes all utilities including 1GIG internet. It does not include laundry costs, which is below on the first floor and powered by a phone app instead of coins. There is a full-sized mattress available for use that has only been used for two months. There is an L-shaped desk also available for use. The closet is a good size. The bedroom has two windows with areas wide enough that you could sit. I have a 7lb chihuahua that is sweet with a little separation anxiety. Depending on our work schedules, if you’d be willing to walk him once, while I am at work, that would be amazing. If you’re uncomfortable with the responsibility, my best friend lives 3 doors down and takes on the task for me. :) Parking is available, first come first serve and it’s never full. There is a TV (that I rarely use) and full access to the kitchen.

I am 39 years old, recently moved in March from Virginia to be near my friends. I am a gamer and a night owl, but I am pretty quiet and fairly boring. I enjoy video games, bowling, movies, reading my smutty novels and hanging out at Game Knights with my friends. Buddy, my chihuahua, is a good boy that I allow to free roam from my bedroom into the living room while I am working. I am looking into transitioning into another WFH job whenever possible.
