The room will be available August 1, 2026. It’s a quiet corner room with great natural privacy and its own bathroom located directly next to the room.

Shared spaces include the kitchen, living room, washer/dryer, outdoor grill, and a large backyard that’s great for relaxing and unwinding. Street parking is available.

The home is located in a quiet suburban neighborhood near Springdale and Slater in Huntington Beach, about 10 minutes from the beach, major shopping, restaurants, and everyday conveniences. We’re fortunate to be surrounded by kind neighbors and a peaceful atmosphere.

The house itself has a calm, grounded energy and has truly become a sanctuary for us over the years. We value keeping it clean, respectful, and low-stress.

We’re two working professionals who value a peaceful, respectful, and clean home environment. We’ve lived in the house for almost five years and really enjoy maintaining a calm, stable space to come home to. One of us owns a business full-time, and the other works in healthcare.

The home is sober and substance-free, so no smoking or drugs. We both have over 8 years of sobriety and appreciate people who are grounded, considerate, and drama-free.

We also share the home with three loving dogs who can be shy at first but are very sweet once they know you.

We’re hoping to find someone who is clean, respectful, contributes to the household, communicates well, and enjoys a quieter home vibe.
