*You would have your own room. It looks like the listing was showing shared room, but it is a private room, with a shared bathroom (for shower/tub). Townhouse in a safe and quiet neighborhood.  2 bedroom, 1.5 bath. Private bedroom upstairs, with shared bathroom with shower between bedrooms.  

Easy access to 287. 20 minutes to Boulder (Pearl Street). 30 minutes to downtown Denver.  5 minutes to downtown Lafayette, several coffee shops and restaurants and the recreation center. King Soopers and Walmart both within 5 minute drive. Less than 10 minute drive to dog park.

Hi! I’m Karlie! I moved from Michigan about 3 years ago and love everything about Colorado. I enjoy being in nature, music, movies and spending time with friends and family. I am an Occupational Therapist and love my job.

Your other roommate would be Chunk, a miniature doodle mix. He’s ~5 years old and a huge lover! It is a bit of a unique situation as he is struggling with separation anxiety, but it is something we are currently working through with a behavioral trainer.

Loving dogs is a must for this to be a good fit for us! A small/medium dog could also be a possibility, landlord pending. It would be amazing to find someone who was willing to help each other with dog care.

I am hoping for a roommate who would prefer a calm and relaxing space to enjoy home. I think maintaining a clean and comfortable living space is a necessity. I will keep up my responsibilities as a good roommate, and am looking for with someone who is also willing to keep a clean space in the common areas so we both have a place we can enjoy! I do not drink, but still like to have fun! It would be nice to have occasional meals, watch shows, plays games, etc., but of course is in no way necessary if you prefer to keep to yourself. I do enjoy my alone time to recharge too, and I would be respectful of yours.
