We are looking for 1 future roommate to join 2 medical professional for June 2026. NO PETS.

Rent is $800 plus another $50-100 for utilities monthly for a 11x10 private room upstairs.

You will be living with a (resident physician and one RN). You will be sharing the upstairs bathroom with 1 other roommate

We are looking for ideally another student/professional who will agree to rent for at least 1-year minimum and appreciates a clean home and who is committed to share communal responsibilities. We are quiet and busy and are looking for similar vibe. if interest please reply with name/age/job title/ and your interest in hobbies ect. In the future will set up a meet & greet and some time for you to check out the home to determine if we are a good fit. We are located in inner city belmont (Buckman) neighborhood and you will have street parking available to you. First month rent is due when you move in and a deposit of $450 when you move in.
