House is on a cul-de-sac, secluded and private in a nice quiet neighborhood. 5-10 minutes from i65 or brentwood, short commute for anyone working in brentwood or cool springs. The two roommates living here are in their late 30s and mid-40s. We are both professionals with day jobs. 1 works on-site and I work fully remote.
House is furnished by the other roommates, but the room available is not furnished.
Several gyms near by, walking fields, parks, restaurants, bars, etc. Good location overall.
New renter will need to sign a lease from 8/1/26 until 7/31/27 and will also need to pass credit, income, and background checks. Minimum credit needs to be 625 to be approved.
Close to brentwood, lenox village, nippers corner, nolensville.
Currently the room is $800 a month + split utilities (between $100-200 a month depending on time of year), but with the lease coming to an end, we expect it to increase but how much is unknown until property management mails us the lease renewal. The post will be updated once that is in hand.
