Welcome to “The Dragonz Lair” — a cozy, intentionally curated home located in the highly sought-after Tanterra neighborhood in Brookeville, Maryland area, just minutes from Olney, Maryland.

My single family home backs up directly to beautiful common grounds with walking paths, tennis courts, and a community pool — all just a couple minutes’ walk from the backyard, making it feel like an extension of the property itself. Pool access is included in rent. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and filled with friendly, long-term residents.

You’ll also enjoy a large backyard, a giant grill perfect for cookouts, and plenty of space to relax or unwind. The home was fully renovated between 2019–2020 and has been very well maintained since.

One of the underrated luxuries of the house is the high-capacity tankless water heater — meaning essentially endless hot water and enough supply for multiple people to comfortably shower at the same time without someone getting hit with the dreaded cold-water surprise 😄

This is more than just a place to live — it’s a peaceful, nature-connected environment with a welcoming, grounded energy.

There are two available rooms that share a hallway full bathroom (with a tub). I may occasionally use the tub but will always clean up after myself.

This room is “Dragon Den 1” — the larger of the two available rooms. Both rooms have spacious closets.

The home is kept in excellent condition, so I’m looking for roommates who are respectful of both the space and each other.

I’m a friendly, creative, and environmentally conscious person who enjoys a balance of independence and community. I love music, cooking, and winding down with a show at night. I’m also a filmmaker and entrepreneur, and tend to be more of a night owl.

I value a clean, respectful, and communicative home. I recycle and compost regularly (happy to show you how if you’re new to it).

I have four chinchillas who live in their own dedicated room — they’re part of the home but won’t be in shared spaces. Also, Small Pets allowed on a case by case basis!

I’m ideally looking for female or female-identifying roommates who are kind, responsible, and open to a positive, community-oriented living environment. Think: friendly, respectful, and open to occasional shared moments (like a meal or helping each other out), while still maintaining personal space.

Bonus points if you’re creative, enjoy nature, or have a bit of a free spirit ✨
