About the room
The area is super quiet and nice. Very calm and safe. Live in a complex of 8 apartments so the neighbors are friendly and no drama. There is parking in the alley at first come first serve. The room is upstairs along with the shared restroom. The apartment has 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Patio included along with a garage for shared storage space. We currently do not require a deposit for the room as the original roommates left it. The room will be available as early as the first of June. We are looking to fill the room with someone long term or short term as this is a month to month lease. If interested or have any question, please let me know.
About the roomies
We are all male roommates and two of us have been living together for six years here. Two of us work full time and the third goes to CSULB. We all do our own thing but sometimes get food or drinks together. We’re all very mature, respectful, and clean, so we’re looking for a roommate with the same characteristics.
