A small room approx (7.5 ft by 11 ft), $650, or a larger room with private entrance(15ft by 12ft) $850, are available close to downtown (1.8 miles), Stadiums, and UCF downtown campus, a few blocks from the Orlando health hospital. Both rooms are furnished, but can be unfurnished. All bills included, access to the whole house, kitchen, internet, laundry and backyard. Parking on driveway.

In the house: My wife and I, and a small, quiet shih tzu. We are very laid back, and enjoy cooking, going to music and food festivals, as well as a glass of wine with popcorn and a movie. We don’t smoke or have visits often, but you can smoke outside, and your visitors are welcome. Just keep the place clean.
