Hi. I recently remodeled my 4 bedroom 2 bath home in Shoreline, WA. Some of the photos are from just prior to finishing things up. I’m currently sorting through things and putting them in their place and will add photos as I get settled in. You will have two rooms to yourself. One room is empty and the master can have a bed provided (as pictured) or also be empty. I am open to sharing the home with the right roommate. I occupy the two rooms in the downstairs of the home.

The monthly rental amount provides you with two upstairs rooms, private bathroom and shared kitchen / dining room / living room. Water, sewer, garbage, electrical, and high-speed broadband internet service is included.

I’m a finance professional, landlord, and former general contractor. I remodel my own properties. So, I prioritize renting spaces to people who understand that on time payments and taking excellent care of the property are a must. I’m easy going, young at heart, and believe in putting forth effort to maintain good vibes while respecting others’ boundaries with the goal of maintaining a welcoming environment for all.
