Room for Rent – Available June 1, 2026 (Vista / San Marcos Area) Private master bedroom with attached bathroom available in a quiet 3 bed, 2.5 bath home near Buena Creek Rd & Monte Vista. ~15 minutes from CSU San Marcos campus. Onsite parking and laundry are available on the property and you would have use of the kitchen and food storage areas. Minimal storage space is available in the garage. A housekeeper cleans the house every three weeks and will clean the floor and dust if you wish, but this is optional and not necessary. Rent for this room is $1350.00, including utilities and internet. No first/last deposit required. Looking for a one-year commitment or longer. Can be negotiated, but must be for at least 8 months. Non-smokers only. No overnight guests (daytime visitors OK). Must be clean and organized in the common areas as this area is shared by others.
About the roomies
The house is shared with one other renter and the owner who are both clean, professional, respectful, and friendly. Two dogs are also already in the home, and no other pets will be allowed (sorry!).
