Room is a good size master bedroom. It is 400 square feet plus walk in closet and en suite bathroom. It comes furnished with queen bed. One night stand. Almost new comforter and set of sheets. Small desk and one chair. Room overlooks street. Home is a 3 bedroom 2 bath. Lease will be for 6 months or 3 months whatever you prefer. Laundry is in garage and you will have laundry and kitchen privileges. Parking will be on the street and it can be at front of the house. No pets, maximum 3 nights for overnight guests (only female) with prior notice. No smoking inside. No heavy drinking.

You will live only with the landlord who is a sixty year old middle eastern woman who has retired from Engineering and now is planning to make money from her writings. I am quiet but friendly and I have lived in United States for 40 years. I am not religious at all .
