I’m looking for a roommate in a small house in West Seattle. It’s a green, mostly residential neighborhood and the few businesses aren’t open late.

• shared bathroom, kitchen, and living room
• fully furnished except the second bedroom
• furnishing for the bedroom is negotiable
• washer, dryer, dishwasher, minisplits
• garden that produces some food and has space to plant more
• free street parking
• one block to C bus
• five blocks to Vashon ferry
• first & last to move in
• power, water, sanitation, and wifi included
• no pets
• no smoking/vaping

You’d only be sharing with me, a woman in my 40s. I’m home a lot except when I’m out of town, which is often, but I think I’m pretty quiet. I usually cook at home and am down for sharing meals or Costco trips. I have a regular gym schedule and go to a lot of concerts (mostly punk and metal) and I’m happy to have a buddy for either. When I’m home I’m usually drawing, writing, sewing, or practicing tattooing.
