ABOUT THE HOUSE Our home is in a lovely neighborhood a couple blocks from Ragle Ranch Park, and about a 30-minute walk to downtown Sebastopol. The house has lots of shared living space, including a cozy living room, a sunny plant-filled sunroom, a large dining area, and an adorable little bar setup. In the summer, we spend lots of time hanging out in the backyard and cooling off in the stock tank pool.

We keep the house fairly tidy and take good care of the space. The third bedroom is currently a guest room/office and could potentially be discussed for additional use/rent if needed. We’re happy to share the community spaces and want everyone here to feel comfortable and at home.

We’re an easygoing, down-to-earth couple in our 40s who value a peaceful, comfortable home and good communication. We work to live, and love our social circle, so we want someone that is similar. While we are usually in bed by around 8-9pm on weeknights, we enjoy having friends over or going out from time to time. We’re not often late-night party people. If it’s late, it’s wind down time. We love cooking, good beer and wine, house projects, local events, river days, hiking, and slow weekend mornings with coffee in the sunroom. Our home is our sanctuary, and we’d love to find someone who feels the same.
