Looking for a roommate for a newly renovated two-story house in a quiet neighborhood. The house has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a basement, backyard, and brand new furniture throughout. Great spot for someone looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to live.

About us: My girlfriend and I both live here. We’re extremely clean, respectful, quiet, and easy to live with. We both work full-time and attend college classes, so we keep a pretty responsible lifestyle. We also have two very friendly and clingy cats.

We’re looking for someone responsible, clean, and chill who values a peaceful living environment as well. Would feel most comfortable with another woman in the home

Pets are welcome as long as they’re well trained, calm, and won’t cause issues with our cats, since they can get scared around loud environments, aggressive animals, or a lot of random people coming in and out.
