About the room

This is 3BR/2.5BA townhouse that was built in 2020/21. You will have exclusive use of 2 of bedrooms that are right next to each other + 1 full bath that is right next to these bedrooms. You could use one of these rooms as a bedroom and the other one as an office or an just extra place to hang out in. There is a good amount of closet space in both the bedrooms.

The master bedroom that I use is on the other side and is separated from these two bedrooms by an open area. The laundry room is next to this open area.

The main level is an open layout with a generously sized kitchen and living and dining areas. You will share that space with me.

I use the driveway to park my own car, but there’s an extra spot right next to the townhouse that is almost always available. There is also plenty of guest parking in the community.

The townhouse is part of a relatively new community that was built just around five years ago. There’s very easy access to I-205 and it is just a very short drive from the 18th St exit of I-205.

About the roomies

I’m a 50-year-old professional working in the tech industry. I work remotely, and so I am generally home during the day but tend to go out in the evenings. I am quiet, very even-keeled, easygoing, and like to keep my home clean.

I’m looking for just one housemate and would like that person also to be somebody who is relatively quiet, easy to get along with, and likes to keep the home clean. Additionally, you will need to have good credit history, reliable source of income, and be a non-smoker.
