About the room

Hi Everyone! We have an open spot in a double room in our Westwood apartment! We are looking for a roommate to sublease from July 2026 to September 2026. Room is also available for academic year 2026-2027. Rent is $940 plus gas and wifi. New tenant gets a free parking spot in the private garage. The apartment is a 25-30 minute walk from campus, 4 minutes drive, fully furnished (ex. your personal bed/desk), has a sizable walk-in closet, and a rooftop pool and jacuzzi. DM me if interested

There are 4 girls in total including you! You will be sharing a room with a UCLA grad student major in Film. The other two girls have their own room. One of them is a UCLA grad student as well, and the other one is a working professional at UCLA. The apartment is called the Wilshire Villa if you want to look it up.
