About the room

I have 2 rooms for rent looking to have them both filled out ready July 1 2026 I will be resigning my lease and looking to rent the other 2 rooms out has a fenced in back yard back patio no Lani Garage shared bathroom. Shared common areas. Not specific on background check just no felony’s as I am a firearm owner. It will be me and my girlfriend and her pet. No animals sorry as her pet does not get along with other cats or dogs. Rent will be about 750/800 with utilities included. 700 for the small room and 800 for the bigger room. No security deposit required just need first and last. Must be able to go on the lease per my landlord. No evictions.

About the roomies

It will just be me and my girlfriend in the master bedroom. She has a cat that isn’t friendly with other animals. We will be working most of the time besides weekends.
