We’re located in the nice, quiet suburb of Harvey Park, within walking distance to aforementioned park and rec center. Utilities, Wi-Fi, and laundry are all included in rent. No pets unless in a cage or tank; we already have two very sweet cats. Preferably 1 car per room but we have plenty of parking on the street or on the driveway. The kitchen and living room are shared.

We’re a younger couple working in Denver. We’re very open to requests/communication. You’ll find us home a lot but we love to go out into the downtown area with friends. Very LGBTQIA+ friendly. One of us loves to cook and will happily invite you for a meal!
