The town house is located near George Mason University and I-495. The townhouse is a level home, laundry unit is located in the basement. The basement is occupied by a 60 year old female. The house has wood flooring except the rooms. The room that is available is located in the upstairs level and has carpet in room. The bathroom is not private, it is shared with the owner of the home (female). All utilities are included.

The unit has two females occupying the home. The owner is a female who lives in the master bedroom and a 60 year old friend lives in the basement. Both females are friendly and quiet, very respectful and welcoming.
