Property in a neighborhood just off Bells Ferry in Woodstock. It’s a nice, quiet area with kind, respectful neighbors! My current roommate is moving out near the end of June. The rent listed includes the 2 front-of-house bedrooms which could be used as a small bedroom and office? (or however you like!), exclusive bathroom, and equal use of the rest of the house. A number of items in the garage will be removed before your arrival, so there’s also a car worth of space available in the garage too (although I use my half for storage). Some furniture will remain in the primary living area, dining room, and on the back porch, but the 2 bedroom(s) will be unfurnished. All appliances will be staying, including washer and dryer. Utilities will be separate, and we’ll split that cost. We rent from a landlord, who I’ll put you in touch with once we chat first!

I lived in Florida most of the last 3 decades and moved here fairly recently, work a full time job as well as a part time job, and visit my boyfriend across town often. Unfortunately there aren’t any pets allowed due to my own!! (Unless it’s like a snake? Iguana? Gecko? Those kinds of things, just not anything that would be walking around the house.)
