Property in a neighborhood just off Bells Ferry in Woodstock. It’s a nice, quiet area with kind, respectful neighbors! My current roommate is moving out mid-August. The rent listed includes the 2 front-of-house bedrooms which could be used as a small bedroom and office? (or however you like!), exclusive bathroom, and equal use of the rest of the house. There’s also a car worth of space available in the garage (I use my half mostly for storage, but it comes far from taking up that much room). Some furniture will remain in the primary living area, the dining room and kitchen are furnished, and there is back porch furniture, but your 2 bedroom(s) will be unfurnished. All appliances will be staying, including washer and dryer. Utilities will be separate, and we’ll split that cost. We rent from a landlord, who I’ll put you in touch with once we chat first!

I lived in Florida most of the last 3 decades and moved here fairly recently, work a full time job as well as a part time job, and visit my boyfriend across town often. Unfortunately there aren’t any pets allowed due to my own!! (Unless it’s like a snake? Iguana? Gecko? Those kinds of things, just not anything that would be walking around the house.)
