I have 3 Rooms to rent out. 2 rooms are $900 each and the Master Bedroom is renting for $1,300. The Master Bedroom has it’s own Bathroom and Shower with also walk in closet. The other 2 rooms will share bathroom. House comes with Washer & Dryer. It is located off Milliken right off the 210 freeway, near Victoria Park. Great Location, 2 miles from Victoria Gardens.
About the roomies
My Daughter lives in one room with her 10 year old. Looking for someone that is respectful and clean after themselves. Rooms are currently being cleaned, painted and adding wood flooring. We live in a safe area with parking for 5-6 cars. 2 can park in driveway and 4-6 on the street or side next to house. You must see the rooms to appreciate. 1 Adult per room or 1 Adult & Child for Master Bedroom. No Overnight guest unless authorized by the landlord. Great Location.
