Hello, We have one room available in our 1,500 square-foot four-bedroom apartment at Sanctuary at Highland Oaks apartments complex. The room is unfurnished with 148 ft^2 of space; that is 132 ft^2 of main space plus ~16 ft^2 of closet space. We have excellent high speed internet, which includes WiFi but also an optional hard cable if the even further reduced latency is important (Zoom meetings, gaming, etc.). The bathroom is shared with two other roommates. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment along with a kitchen that contains a microwave, stove, oven, and refrigerator. We vacuum routinely and clean the bathroom monthly. We are located near the I-75 and I-4 interchange, which is useful for a quicker commute to Downtown or even St. Petersburg. The complex has a tennis court, a basketball court, a dog park, two pools, spas, a 24 hour gym, and lots of ducks, turtles, and squirrels. There is always plenty of parking. It is usually peaceful. In order to live in the apartment, you have to join the lease, which requires a background and credit for $75. This is the apartment complex’s rule, not ours. (If you have a felony, they will reject you.)
Available to move-in June 4th, 2026. While the price for the room is $555, there are variable utilities like electricity, sewer & water, and cable internet that work out to about another $125/month. Therefore, the total cost is about $680 altogether.

We are three young and middle-aged male professionals. One of us is in the trades and the other two are in software. While we get along, we’re not here to be best friends. We’re each focused on our careers, hobbies, and family. Disagreements are handled with respect and resolved with articulation.
