hi! my current roommate isn’t renewing her lease, so i’m looking for someone to take her spot starting july 1st. the apartment is located right across from the vmfa and just a short walk to carytown. it’s a 2 bedroom with a jack-and-jill style bathroom. rent is $797.50/month per person with gas and water included. on-site laundry available. washer is $2 per load and the dryer is free ! cats are allowed, but the building doesn’t allow dogs. there’s a $300 deposit per cat through the landlord. i currently have two cats and would prefer to keep it to one additional cat max, but i’m open to discussing! there’s currently one window ac unit, and the landlord is willing to install a second if we purchase it. i’m 22 and would prefer someone also in their 20s. 420 friendly. i’d love to be friends as well as roommates, but i’m also totally fine just coexisting respectfully. video or in-person tours are available. feel free to message me with any questions!
