I have a master bedroom available in my upper unit duplex with its own bathroom. Street parking is available, and there’s a nice balcony in the back. The backyard is shared with the neighbors living below. Utilities aren’t included in room price. There is a washer and dryer in the unit as well!

It’s just me! My name is Marley and I’m 28 years old and I work at the U as a nurse. I have a cat who doesn’t get along with others, so no cats allowed. Open to a dog but they’d have to meet my cat first! I have two neighbors who live in the unit below me who are very friendly and they have a dog.
