An unfurnished room in an all student household. The bathroom is shared with only one person (me)! We’re a 7 minute drive from CSUN, and this is a perfect spot if you value quieter spaces. We’re a laidback household who are hoping to find a clean and responsible roommate. We have laundry in unit, and our community has access to pools/tennis courts. Parking is rotated on a weekly basis, and utilities are not included in rent. Wifi is $18 a month and electricity is billed every 2 months (~$100, might go up in summer months). A credit and background check are required by our landlord. Our lease ends on December 31st, so this may be ideal for someone looking for a short term lease! You do have the option to renew at the end of the lease if you would like.

We’re 3 female students in our early 20s with busy schedules. We all get along very well and value keeping our shared space clean!
