We are looking for a third roommate to fill in a space in our 3 bed apartment in Bushwick, right off the Myrtle Wyckoff station. There are two other guys in the apartment around 23 to 24 years old, and we are both gay. We would prefer a gay roommate as well around our age. We’re clean, good vibes and respectful, and ultimately looking for a person we can be friends with too. Rent would be $1250 with a $1250 security deposit, you will be taking over as a subletter until September 1st, where we would re-sign the lease. Laundry in basement!
