4050 Lofts: It’s a 3 bed / 3 bath, so everyone has their own private bedroom and bathroom. The apartment is fully furnished, and your room comes with a bed, desk, dresser, TV, and your own bathroom. The only shared spaces are the kitchen, living room, and the in-unit washer and dryer. Internet and valet trash are included as well. The lease starts August 17th, and the first installment is due July 17th. The first installment is $1,145, which if im not mistaken covers all of the starting fees. I also have a video walkthrough of the apartment and the room if you want to see it! It gives a much better idea of the layout than pictures. As for the community itself, there’s two resort-style pools, a 24-hour gym, private study lounges, a coffee bar, outdoor grilling areas, and it’s on the Bull Runner route, so getting around the USF area can be really convenient. They also host resident events throughout the year, which is nice if you ever want to meet more people.

About the roomies

My friend and I are looking for a 3rd roommate to replace our current roommate in our 3x3 at 4050 Lofts (nothing bad happened). The lease is for the Fall 2026 school year, and we need a new person before July 17th. We’re both 20 and juniors (girls only please!). We are both focused on our majors, respectful of other spaces/ things, and are clean, fun people :)
