About the room

I have 2 rooms available to rent in my 5 bedroom home that I share with my 18 yr old son. One room has a shared bathroom and is $750 per month. The other room has a private bathroom and is $950 per month. Rooms can be furnished or unfurnished. There are 2 cats in the home. No pets allowed please. We are 420 friendly but outside only. Please note there is no longer carpet as we have replaced it with new vinyl plank flooring.
