Hello there! We have one room available for rent with July 1 occupancy. These rooms share a bathroom and are part of a 5-bedroom, 2-bath setup. Each room is available at $ 1064 monthly.

The house is located between Clarendon and Courthouse metro stations in Arlington, around a 7-10 minute walk to each of them. The house also has big back yard available for lounging, play, and gardening.

Car parking won’t be an issue as our driveway can accommodate up to 3 cars with on-street parking also available.

The monthly rent for these rooms is $1064 each, with utilities (water, gas, electric, cable & wifi) averaging around $100 per month.

We evenly split responsibilities such as cleaning and the cost of home essentials like cleaning supplies.
