Recent Carroll College graduates looking for someone around our age (20-25) to move into the third room in our unit. We are both fairly busy but are always willing to lend a helping hand, and do our best to keep our spaces clean. Communication is a must for both of us (how clean you prefer the space to be, requests about guests, etc.), otherwise we are accommodating for almost anything. Both of us are athletes, so another active person never hurts.

NOTE: I, personally, do not require background checks. Carroll College, the lessor of the apartments, does.
