About the room
Room is oversized from a normal size room, is furnished with bed and dresser, the street of the house is quiet. It is a Close End St., not many cars drive-through here, we are close to everything, stores, restaurants even the surprise college is from 3 to 5 minutes distance.
About the roomies
We are family oriented, clean and respectful, live with my 2 daughters 21yr and 9yr old reason I prefer female, with previous renters we had before has been 4,5 yrs and they have move because they have purchase their own home already saving money while renting here, that says a lot maybe about us with long time roommates, we see it more like an opportunity to get life together or accomplish goals while renting here any ?s feel free to text me, normally I’m working and can’t answer calls thank you
