Copper Beech Townhomes is the perfect location for those attending Fresno State (10 minute drive) or any of the local junior colleges (Fresno City, Clovis Community, etc). There is a free shuttle that takes students to and from Fresno State campus. The location is mostly student housing with some smaller families. Amenities include in-unit laundry, balcony, pool, game center (pool, TV’s, computers, etc), basketball court, volleyball court, BBQ pits, free or covered/paid parking, and frequent food/drink giveaways (my personal favorite is Redbull Wednesdays). Maintenance is very quick to address issues, and the office personnel are very easy to work with. I would highly recommend this gated complex as the area is very safe (unlike areas directly around Fresno State), has a late-night security guard, and has a nearby mall with a movie theater, restaurants, and mall.

I will be moving out of my bottom-floor room on Monday, May 18th. The townhome is a 4-bed 4.5-bath currently occupied by two other residents (not including myself). One resident is a current student at Fresno State, and the other is graduating but choosing to stay at the unit.
