I am looking to rent out 1 bedroom in my bright, well-maintained second-floor apartment. The home is quiet and well-appointed—ideal for someone who values a clean, comfortable living space as well as a relaxed communal atmosphere. The available bedroom come unfurnished; good-sized and receive excellent natural light.

Ideally, I am looking for male housemate (ages 25–45) who is clean, responsible, comfortable sharing clean and well-kept common areas, and who have a demanding work schedule—just like me (60 hours per week). Must be ok with a doggie as the home now houses a friendly and trained poodle. Dog owner resides in separate floor and me being a dog person will be looking out for it too.

I am divorced and in my mid-40s; I am a quiet person, though I do go to the gym and head out for a beer every now and then. LGBTQ-friendly environment.
