It’s the premium version of the 3x3 but rent is $1139 a month instead of $1449. The lease will only last until 7/20/26, so you will only have it during the summer. There are two other male roommates but they both already left for home for the summer. So it will just be you unless they come back for something. If you’re a UGA student taking summer classes, the walk to campus is 20 minutes. The first image is the room you will be taking over, I already moved everything out and it’s ready to be moved into, I might have to drop by and clean a bit when i drop off my keys though.

Hey!! I’m looking for 1 person to take over my lease. It’s a 3 bed/3bath apartment and there are 2 other males leasing out the other two rooms but they are gone for the summer and have already moved out.
